The activity that took place the night of June 30, 2010 to mark the entry into force on 1 July 2010 the increase in VAT from 16% to 18%, was received with great interest and participation by people which focused on the balcony of the Plaza de Toros and protest action.
Generations of Abarán juxtaposition presented some videos showing the positions of different positions before such increase in VAT could also be seen in the videos the actions and decisions adopted José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero during this last term:
"Denying the economic crisis.
"Lower salaries to civil servants and freeze pensions.
-Repeal the Ebro and try to close the Tagus (Given the urgent need for the critical situation of our region, with respect to water resources).
There was applause and support for the New Generation and the Popular Party of Abarán for this activity, to protest and demonstrate against the measures they are taking our "beloved" Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero.
To conclude, note that this increase in VAT to 18%, will involve around 300 euros to each family abaranera, and that mistakes of this government we are paying all Spanish.
