Antonio José Gómez Temperate proclaim the festivities of Abarán (27/08/2010)

Abaranero adoption by family descent and born in Madrid, with an extensive career always linked to the rail in both the public and private companies, has held since 2006, the Commercial and Customer ADIF (Railway Infrastructure Manager) of Ministry of Public Works

José Antonio Gómez Temperate offer on 17 September, the proclamation of the Abarán festivities in honor of Saints Cosmas and Damian in the Plaza Vieja in the locality.

José Antonio Gómez Tempering is a native of Madrid and abaranero adoption by ancestry.

His extensive career has always been linked to the rail, both in public and private companies.

Law degree from the University of Deusto, held since 2006, the Commercial and Customer ADIF (Railway Infrastructure Manager), Ministry of Development.

He also held positions such as Founder Patron of the Youth Sports Foundation, the Higher Sports Council and National President of the Alumni Association ICADE, University of Comillas.

Wide career path

José Antonio Gómez Temperate RENFE joined in 1980 and for several years held various technical positions in finance and trade.

In 1990 he was appointed Managing Director of Business Unit Regional Services, managing all statewide regional rail services circulating in the Autonomous Communities.

Subsequently, in 1994, was to be managed, also at the state and as Managing Director, all long-distance rail services of RENFE, which meant full responsibility for the operation of international trains Talgo services, night ( Express) and day trains.

Other companies that benefited from his administration were Adrantz (now Bombardier) and SITEL Corporation, in the latter directed the Department of Large Accounts.

In 2002 he returned to the public sector unit entering the Railway Infrastructure Management (GIF), agency of the Ministry of Development responsible for building the high speed railway line Madrid-Zaragoza-Barcelona-French border, playing the position Manager of one of the stages of construction of that line.

In 2005 we created the Railway Infrastructure Administrator (ADIF), which absorbs the previous public agency, GIF, being responsible for the construction of all high-speed lines being developed in Spain, the operation of all passenger stations and freight terminals of the old RENFE, as well as other functions related to the construction, operation and maintenance of railway infrastructure.

José Antonio Gómez Temperate plays since 2006, the Directorate General of Export ADIF Infrastructure, the Commercial and Customer, with the main task of facilitating the access to General Interest Railway Network on equal terms to the private companies, freight, and the coordination of the Monitoring Committees of the Agreements signed between ADIF and RENFE new operator.
