The work of Antonio Brotons entitled "Abarán ten" shall be the representative image of the local festivities in honor of Saints Cosmas and Damian and the Virgen del Oro, which this year will be held from 17 to 29 September.
The design was chosen from a dozen proposals to the poster competition to promote tourism in the municipality, organized by the Department of Tourism of the City of Abarán for the third consecutive year.
The author has tried to create a stunning visual nucleus through the fireworks, which are a constant in all the festivities, represented by green and orange.
The design is a digitized photograph showing the night in different shades of blue and gray that contrasts with the green and limestone from the area.
The images are placed on a white background to give clear, radiant design and highlights one of the reasons Abarán as representative of the church of San Pablo.
Also, for aesthetic reasons, enter the vertical to provide a solution to the lineup.
The jury, chaired by Council's Festivals, Isabel Carrasco, and Tourism, José Gabriel Cano Montoro, also decided to award the works "Walking", written by Sofia Tornero Gea, and "Big Bang" by Miguel Angel Moreno Yelo.
