Abarán City Council, through the Department of Planning, announced the start of the refurbishment of the Plaza Vieja scheduled for Monday, January 31.
Conditioning work and reform, amounting to 166,000 euros, will involve replacement of water supply and sanitation networks, as well as marble paving in the area, with the ornamentation and beauty care for this space.
Also restrict vehicle access, so that the Department requests the cooperation of citizens and requests apologize for any inconvenience they may cause to neighbors and passers-by the development of these works.
A more pedestrian village
The head of Planning said that this plan of action "will try to pedestrianise the area, leaving a small lane for traffic but not for parking vehicles."
"It's put a space walk, rest and ornamental that is currently deteriorated, with performances own supply and sanitation," said Jose Gomez Carrasco.
