The Community Abarán distinguishes as 'Entrepreneurial City' to boost entrepreneurship (11/07/2013)

'Entrepreneurial City' is a pioneering initiative of the Ministry of Universities, Business and Research, through the info, which already joined 12 municipalities in the Region

The Minister of Universities, Business and Research, José Ballesta, today signed an agreement with the mayor of Abarán, Jesus Molina, distinguishes this locality as 'Municipality Entrepreneur', which involves developing 53 measures covering the entire route to be followed the promoter of a project to start a company.

12 municipalities entrepreneurs

With this new addition there are 12 municipalities distinguished, so that Abarán joins the towns of Eagle, Alhama de Murcia, Cehegín, Molina de Segura, Yecla, Totana, Cartagena, Cieza, Murcia, Lorquí and Puerto Lumbreras.

José Ballesta encouraged all municipalities to join this initiative which promotes the articulation of local measures that contribute to the creation of new enterprises, the reduction or elimination of red tape by promoting e-government, promoting industrial land and the implementation of incentives and bonuses in local rates that favor entrepreneurship and strengthening existing ones.

Another object of this agreement promoting and strengthening the infrastructure themselves or others that may harbor early stage activities on favorable terms.

Also, both administrations cooperate in the valuation of existing enterprise infrastructures and development activities to support the business and potential entrepreneurs through various instruments and integration into the Red Point SMEs.
