Public Works began recruiting the repair of two regional roads in Caravaca and Abarán (09/04/2014)

The Ministry of Public Works and Planning today announced it has begun recruiting the repair of two regional roads (the RM-730 and RM-A20) for close to one million euros amount, and published in the BORM shortly.

Both actions involve conducting conservation work in a total of six miles.

The RM-730 is a premier road, with an average daily traffic of 9,870 vehicles.

It is a way of communicating important because populations with Lorca and Caravaca Andalusia, and has a high percentage of heavy vehicles, 1,008 per day, ie 10.2 percent.

The works will take place between mile markers 1.9 to 7, and consist of the sanitizing of torches, the implementation of a new layer of hot asphalt and replacement signage.

Its budget amounts to 719,260 euros.

The RM-A20 is a tertiary road with 2,253 vehicles / day has gained importance with the entry into service of the State A-33, it has become the path from it to the population of Abarán though the road runs through the town of Blanca.

The works, which have a budget of 264,551 euros, consist of a small platform widening, improving drainage and complete replacement of the pavement and rolling with hot asphalt.
