Youth Music Association "No hurry" has organized the II painting and collages with the aim of promoting participation in cultural events abaraneros and promote citizen involvement in the National Competition held in Charangas September festivals.
The winning entry will be the image of the third edition of the event and get a prize of 300 euros.

BASIS OF COMPETITION OF PAINTING II and photomontage
Papers may be of two types, both painting (any type of paint box) and photomontages.
The theme in the work must be related to music, the brass band world and Abarán.
Papers should not carry any title, you should see only the work, without any label.
The work must be turned in photocopying Abarán Plis Plas, from 10 am to 13 pm from 18 to 20 h.
Monday through Friday.
Upon delivery of the work should fill in a form of participation in the contest.
The delivery of work runs from May 19 until June 26, 2009, inclusive.
The winner will be awarded with 300 € in cash, and all participants will be presented with a certificate and a souvenir.
The jury will consist of the board of the Youth Music Association "No hurry" and Celebrations Councilwoman Hon.
Abarán City Council.
The jury will be announced on 27 June.
This ruling will be published in www.notenemosprisa.com well as notify all participants of the jury's verdict.
The awards ceremony and diplomas will be held on June 30 at 12 am in the hall of the Hon.
Abarán City Council.
The rights of the winning works will be Youth Music Association "No hurry," the rest of the works presented will be returned to their authors.
The organization may not use any work for the poster if they are not adapted to the needs of the project.
Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules.
