The Department of Citizen Services informed the residents that the damage is being solved.
It also recommends caution on roadsides, and highway access.
The extensive damage caused to agricultural production in the area have been of a visit by the Minister of Agriculture, Antonio Cerdá, along with agricultural representatives to affected areas, in order to assess the damage and undertake remedial actions.
Abarán Mayor, Antonio Eugenio Gomez, has been in constant contact with the counselor and farmers, pending the assessment of damages and the total area affected areas.
Also are holding meetings with the Mayor of Cieza, Antonio Tamayo, in order to join efforts to declare the affected areas as catastrophic and thus can receive emergency aid for farmers.
