The new program beneficiaries are unemployed people under 65 who meet the following requirements:

Unemployment benefits for the maximum period, including extensions.
Participate in an active schedule of labor market that determines the SEF.
Lacking their own income and, where appropriate, family income higher than 75% of SMI.
In addition, all persons who have exhausted the subsidy before July 31 will continue to seek the aid provided by the Autonomous Community of Murcia within 60 days.
