Teatro Cervantes de Abarán hosts on 20 March, the musical "The Passion", Jesus is still dying today, performed by the choir of the Santo Cristo del Consuelo de Cieza.
The actors, through music and a story today and take us back to relive the Passion of Christ, from his triumphant entry into Jerusalem to this day.
All characters in the musical "Jesus, the apostles, Mary, Mary Magdalene, soldiers, people, young priest, among others, are played by choir members who manage, represent and direct voice put all the work.
The musical, which began as a parish activity, is shown in Cieza on several occasions, some of them by popular demand, and other parts of the region as Bullas, El Palmar, Benizar and Murcia.
The choir of the Santo Cristo del Consuelo works with social projects to which it is intended the collection of all representations through an input / donation.
In Abarán, the musical will be performed the next day March 20th at 21:00 pm in the Teatro Cervantes.
Also this year the work was also staged in Bullas (for the second consecutive year), Molina de Segura, Cieza and Lorquí.
