The general director of Citizen Security and Emergencies, Antonio Luis Mula, attended the presentation of a new vehicle with which the Association of Civil Protection Volunteers of Abarán will count to effectively carry out the functions entrusted to public security.
The new vehicle, which has been painted, labeled and equipped by the Ministry of Transparency, Participation and Public Administration, is a 'Dacia Duster Essencial' 4x2.The acquisition of the vehicle was made jointly between the City Council of Abarán and contributions from private initiative, while the General Directorate of Citizen Security and Emergencies paid for the vinyl on the sides of the body with the municipal and civil protection shields, distinctive of the 1-1-2, the emergency side and front screen prints and the signaling kit with blue light bridge and public address system.Antonio Luis Mula stressed "the importance that the different groups of Civil Protection volunteers have the necessary means to carry out the tasks entrusted to them throughout the year, especially in times of high danger in the devices of the Civil Emergency Fire Protection Plan Forestry in the Region of Murcia (Infomur Plan) and the Surveillance and Rescue Plan in Beaches and Salvage in the Sea of ??the Region of Murcia (Plan Copla) ".
