Abarán City Council, through the Department of Environment, reports on measures for the prevention of forest fires in the region of Murcia for this year.
The danger time is between 1 June and 30 September inclusive, so that agricultural burning is prohibited except in exceptional cases.

General prohibitions
You may not:
Throwing out containers authorized for that purpose or authorized landfills, waste, over time, or other circumstances may cause burning or facilitate it, such as glasses, bottles, paper, plastics, organic materials and the like.
Camping outside the places designated for this purpose, subject to the necessary authorization in such places.
Fuels accumulate, plants or otherwise, during the time of danger within lands to mount legal consideration, and / or within 40 meters of it.
Movement of vehicles
In accordance with the provisions of Article 54 bis of Law 43/2003 of November 21, Forestry, prohibiting the movement of motorcycles, automobiles and other motor vehicles off-road, by firewalls, extraction of forest roads wood, trails, streams dry or flooded, and in general, off-road expressly provided for such vehicles.
Agricultural burning and forest.
It prohibits, in general, the performance of agricultural burning and forest at the time of danger.
Exceptionally be permitted to completion within this time, except for July and August, when the fires are intended to prevent or mitigate damage caused by pests, diseases or to prevent other more serious risks, prevention under special measures issued by the Directorate General Natural Heritage and Biodiversity.
