The 52 families at risk of social exclusion and residents in a set of public housing, rented, will benefit from the improvement works and refurbishment to be undertaken in properties located in the district of San José Artesano, in Abarán .
The Director General of Planning, Architecture and Housing, Nuria Fuentes, with the mayor of Abarán, Jesus Molina, today held a meeting with neighbors to present the final draft comprehensive rehabilitation of housing and which will be bidding this week.
Nuria Fuentes said that the houses are older than 30 years and have some deficiencies as a result of daily use "lead us to have to act and provide better services to the property."
He added that his department devoted to works a budget of 100,000 euros and needed to be implemented within 20 weeks.
The homes are located in the district of San José Artesano and are organized in a closed block, with access to them from the central space that is freed.
The building has two houses, three and four bedroom houses ground floor and three bedroom duplex.
The works are projected onto a two-bedroom, 42 three-bedroom and eight four bedrooms, with a total floor area of ​​4,695 square meters.
The Director General explained that the works will include waterproofing the corridor on the first floor of homes, for all the pavement access corridor will rise to proceed with the review of pending and placing a slip porcelain floor.
