The objective of this project is to ensure equality between men and women in the city, the development of a previous diagnosis will ascertain the needs and develop tools and instruments for the development of actions on gender equality

Abarán City Council will launch the first Plan for Equal Opportunities between men and women in the city based on the results obtained from the previous study on gender equality.

This diagnosis was carried out to ascertain the needs in the municipal area in order to design the tools and instruments necessary for the development of actions in different areas (education, employment, culture, etc.).

This project aims to achieve equal opportunities between men and women through actions aimed at raising awareness of citizens.

The Administration will be one of the main areas of action and actions will be progressively implemented in other sectors to ensure the full integration of the Plan for Equal Opportunities between men and women in all areas of the municipality.
