The Department of Social Welfare Abarán City Council, through the Association "Intergenerational Solidarity", will give a workshop for seniors entitled "Stimulation of memory."

The councilman of Social Welfare, M ª Carmen Turner, said that "despite the few resources they have at present all municipalities, we are working to provide our largest programs whose main objective is to improve their quality of life."

The course, lasting 60 hours, were conducted in the Pensioner's home on Tuesday and Thursday from 17.00 to 20.00.

The workshop will be held from November 9 to December 23, funded by the Autonomous Community of Murcia and European Social Fund.
