So far they are charged five counts of burglary

The Civil Guard has developed over the last month of an investigation to eradicate the commission of robberies in Abarán, which has led to the arrest of three people, one of them a minor, on suspicion of various crimes of burglary.

So far, the detainees are charged with five counts of robbery in homes and public facilities during the last month.

Civil Guard began a series of investigations to detect an increase in commission of robbery with force inside houses and establishments in the outskirts of the town of Abarán, creating social unrest in the population.

During the course of these investigations, established to eradicate this type of theft and arrest those suspected of such, police officers intercepted Local Abarán a minor who allegedly had committed a burglary inside a home, getting back the stolen effects.

Following an initial assessment of information obtained in the process of investigation, the Guardia Civil received valuable clues about who might be involved in criminal investigation, noting that it was a group of three people, including intercepted by Local police, knowing their identity and modus operandi.

Modus operandi

The objectives of this group of young people were property, mainly houses, located on the outskirts of the town of Abarán, being isolated and little traffic, thus avoiding detection.

Once set the goal of these people were acting during the early hours of the night, under cover of darkness.

Used force against doors or windows of buildings to access them and steal all kinds of effects such as cash, tools, appliances, food and beverage, and finally distribute the money and make the objects on the illicit market.

Once obtained all necessary evidence during the afternoon yesterday, day 09, we proceeded to the arrest and subsequent remand in custody of three people surveyed.

After an exhaustive analysis of information obtained in the process of research has been able to confirm the involvement of these people in 5 robberies in homes and public facilities.

This action has proceeded to the arrest of three persons, one of whom was a minor, as alleged perpetrators of the crime of burglary:

- Spanish, 20-year-old neighbor Abarán.

- Spanish, 19-year-old neighbor Abarán.

- Minor.

The police had arrested and the educated have been made available to the Court of Instruction Number Four of Cieza (Murcia) Murcia Juvenile Prosecutor.
