The ruling is not final, is in addition to various lawsuits filed and won a number of representatives of the Consistory of Abarán

The UGT union representative in the City of Abarán, Carmelo Velandrino presented last March an administrative appeal, later formalized by the dismissal lawsuit alleged, by administrative silence, the request for documents relating to the personnel policy of the City Council made by the appellant on 13 and 23 May 2008 and September 4, 2009 the City of Abarán.

Velandrino Abarán sued the City Council at the failure of this art.

For his part, denied that the appellant Consistory was denied access to any documents and that these requests were met on February 26, 2010, holding that the obligation of the City Council is to facilitate access to documents but not to provide copies of them.

The complainant requested information concerning the resolutions adopted that would affect the working conditions of public employees in the current legislature, which do him provide copies of the results of union elections and the act of convening and constitution of the table general collective bargaining, as well as a certified copy of the minutes of the negotiating table of the Framework Agreement on Working Conditions of the City officials and manuscript drafts signed by members of the table.

The ruling of the trial on 30 November, which is not yet final, and estimates the demand for judicial review against administrative silence implied rejection of the request for documents made by the appellant to Abarán City Council declaring free the appellant to the respondent will be provided the requested documentation.

This lawsuit filed by the union delegate Velandrino Carmelo is in addition to the various claims made by the General Workers Union, and won, against various representatives of the Consistory of Abarán.
