Mayor Abarán, Antonio Eugenio Gomez, accompanied by the director general of the IMAS, Juan Castillo, and the mayors of Women and Social Welfare, Isabel Carrasco and Maria Carmen Tornero, closed on Monday during "Assistant Gerocultor" organized by Youth Association "The Way."
Gomez praised the students who have completed their training and they moved their desire to achieve a working future full of possibilities after the attainment of this title.
Also, the president of the Youth Association "El Camino" Mary Yelo, made a positive assessment of this course: "Despite the many efforts for the development of it has been worth carrying out," he said.
Moreover, the general director of the IMAS, John Brown, said "the great work that the City Council is conducting Abarán in Social Policy" and stressed the importance of training in this field.
The course, which started last October 25 has consisted of 340 hours divided into ten modules, skills and participated in it have about 17 people.
