The fitting and alteration of the Old Town Square are in the marble paving phase, conducted after the replacement of water supply and sanitation networks; soon begin installation of the ornamentation and street furniture.

The amount of this work amounts to 166,000 euros.

A more pedestrian village

The Town Planning said that this plan of action "will try to pedestrianise the area, leaving a small lane for traffic but not for parking vehicles."

"It's put a space walk, rest and ornamental that is currently deteriorated, with performances own supply and sanitation," said Jose Gomez Carrasco.
