Abarán hosting the Regional Championship Chess XXVI Absolute Individual, organized by the Chess Federation of the Region of Murcia and in collaboration with the City Council and School Abarán Chess Club municipality.

This tournament is valid for the proclamation of Absolute Regional Chess Champion, as well as to obtain a FIDE rating and FEDA.

Also, the first place represents the Region of Murcia in Spain Open Championship.

The local game will Pericón Restaurant in the suburb of San José Artesano (c / Oven, 2) and games will be played on 2, 9 and 30 April, 7, 14, 21 and 28 May and 4 June .

Entries can be formalized until Wednesday 30 March.

The start of the tournament, taking place this Saturday at 5:00 p.m., will be attended by the Councillor for Sports, Federico García Montiel.
