The Director General of Planning and Housing, Yolanda Muñoz, said today that his department is studying the information concerning the modification proposed by the City Planning Abarán.
So it sent the mayor of Abarán, Jesus Molina, who met last week to explain, in detail, the collaborative work being carried out from the Ministry of Public Works and Planning.
Yolanda Muñoz explained that "the changes currently proposed by the Consistory is in a phase of correction of various issues, the usual procedure is required municipalities to continue processing."
Director of Planning and Housing stated that the changes are technical in nature and relate to industrial activity in the town.
"We consider it important to act administratively on those amendments to the municipal general plans of urban development involving an incentive to the economy of the area," he said.
After analysis of the Directorate General of Land and Housing, said Yolanda Muñoz, "proceed to validation, prior to final approval by the regional administration."
