The Governing Council has given the green light to two conventions, equipped with a total of 395,000 euros, for the provision of home help to people in situations of dependency in the municipalities of Puerto Lumbreras and Abarán.

Specifically, the municipality will Abarán 165,000 euros and 230,000 euros Puerto Lumbreras.

This agreement provides for the provision of service to a total of 120 people in a situation of dependency in both municipalities, 50 in Abarán and 70 in Puerto Lumbreras.

These services shall encourage better care for this group, requiring special support for activities of daily living and increase their autonomy.

Actions include related personal attention, focusing on the individual addict to maintain their basic skills in performing activities of daily living services and other related home care or home needs.
