The Community transfers property to the City of Abarán for use as Interpretation Center and public park (02/09/2015)

The Governing Council has authorized the free transfer of the property known as the old nursery Saints Cosmas and Damian the City of Abarán.

It is destined for use as a public park and Water Interpretation Centre and Nature.

The building stands on a plot of 2,000 square meters located along the river Segura, of which 950 are built.

The Community gives these facilities when considering local public interest the construction of that Water Interpretation Centre and Nature which will be located in this unique place, between the channels of cequión and the River Segura.

In addition, the project will make a significant recovery and promotion of the Segura River as it passes through Abarán environment.
