The Department of Environment Hon.
Abarán City Council has scheduled a series of children's activities to celebrate World Environment Day on 5 June.
Among the proposals is the children's play "Lalo Ecoaventuras on Earth" at the Teatro Cervantes meet students from 1st to 4th year of primary schools in the municipality all the 4th of June.
The purpose of this proposal, written and directed by Fernando Ripoll and Soriano Luisma Atroz Theatre Company is bringing children to the environmental problem of climate change suffered by our planet (CO2, greenhouse effect, hole in the ozone layer) and measures that can be taken to stop environmental destruction, as the selective recycling of garbage.
Moreover we provided schools a teaching unit on environmental issues.
Also school students will participate in tree planting will take place June 5 in two places in the municipality.
