+ United Left Greens presents arguments against the specific modification of the AU-14 of PGMO of Abarán. (10/06/2008)

IU + LV argues that this amendment violates the Royal Decree 314/2006 on the approval of the Technical Building Code.

Abarán City Council in the full last April approved with the votes for the PP and PSOE, and against IU + LV, the specific modification UA-14 which allow a residential building within 25 meters of a forest.
