This campaign provides information on measures to prevent the effects of heat tend to affect more people who are overweight, chronic illnesses or are undergoing medical treatment, children or the elderly and people suffering from mental or physical disability.
Preventive measures simple but important:
1 .- Drink plenty of water for proper hydration
2 .- Using lightweight clothing
3 .- Avoid outdoor activities during the hottest hours of the day
4 .- Make snacks, eat foods high in fluids and minerals (fruits, vegetables, salads, juices ...)
5 .- Keep food in the refrigerator and monitor hygiene
6 .- Do not leave the car parked inside a child or adult with the windows closed
7 .- To assist people who may be at greater risk of heat effects

What should be done before a heat stroke?
In case of "heat stroke" is recommended to follow these guidelines:
1 .- Call 112
2 .- Place the patient in a cool or shaded.
Remove clothing to airearle.
3 .- If conscious, put your head slightly elevated and provide plenty of water.
Cool it with water or ice face and armpits.
Not getting it in bath to cool.
4 .- If unconscious, place lying sideways, with legs bent and do not offer water under any circumstances.
