Abarán Mayor, Antonio Eugenio Gomez, the village headman, José Benavente, and the Councillor for the Environment, J.
Gabriel Cano Montoro, met yesterday with the residents of Hoya del Campo in a neighborhood council report under inert landfill "the gardens", the project aims to do in and around the hamlet.
The municipal councilors informed the neighbors of the phase in which the project was, recommended to those concerned to submit their complaints to the Directorate General of Environmental Quality and explained the obligation of the municipality of processing the same as legal advice.
Abarán Mayor and Councilman of the Environment expressed their commitment and obligation to manage the claims that neighbors propose for this purpose, since most of them disagreed with the implementation of the landfill in the area.
The neighborhood council brought together more than 100 people in a participatory meeting where timely and factual information to those affected and carefully explained the project.
We recall that on Friday 25 July, the council of the Environment gave a press conference in which he explained that the landfill for inert "the gardens" is not a bill of the current corporation but an initiative of a private enterprise than before corporation declared of public interest.
