Abarán City Council is hosting the Volunteer Program of the Directorate General Environment of the Natural Environment that promotes regional campaign "Clean Up the World" to the conservation of the environment and whose day will be held in the town on 20 September 2008 10.00am in the natural setting of Park Norias.
It therefore proposes that stakeholders participate in this project as volunteers to clean up degraded natural areas and raise awareness on the use of human waste being generated.
The area of high ecological value which will be held this day will be the Norias Park and areas close to river.
The Autonomous Community of Murcia provided to all registered volunteers drive up to the action area, the materials needed to perform the activity and a snack during the development of it.
In addition, volunteers will be recognized by a certificate of participation endorsed by the Directorate General of the Environment and the Hon.
Abarán City Council.
Those interested may register at City Hall Abarán from a form, at the Cultural Center and also can be downloaded from the web www.abaran.es.
