The Councillor of Tourism of the City of Abarán, José Gabriel Cano Montoro, and public company manager Murcia Turística, Monica Meroño, visited yesterday the Ricote Valley stand at the National Tourism and Leisure, Turismur in Torre Pacheco , where he promoted the town of Abarán.
The official presentation of the Easter of the town took place at 24:00 in the Boardroom of IFEPA which projected a promotional video of the fraternities in the town parade in remembrance of the passion, death and resurrection of Jesus.
Roberto Gómez Fabra, president of the Guild Board of Abarán Pasionarias, conveyed the gratitude to all those involved in the Easter of the municipality and highlighted the support provided by the Councillor for Tourism and Tourism Murcia manager, present in the act, which gave the insignia of the Brotherhood of Descent and the Agony in the Garden.
For its part, Monica Meroño words of thanks addressed the attendees and encouraged to continue working to raise awareness of the Easter Region of Murcia.
The Bugle and Drum Band of the Brotherhood of Descent and the Agony in the Garden paraded around the Fair and Easter display abaranera.
