Given the existence of areas of low population density of the municipality who have no coverage for digital terrestrial television (DTT), such as Alcantara or House Station Avenue (Apartments of Caramel), will install a DTT remitters in the former municipal repeater located in the Sierra del Oro to the signal reaches all parts of the county, including Sale of Aurora.
Local Government Board has approved the installation of stations in single frequency network for the dissemination to the citizens of digital terrestrial television service in areas of low population density in the municipality that are not covered by the planned in-service coverage broadcast by Royal Decree 944/2005 of 29 July, approving the National Technical Plan for Digital Terrestrial Television.
Because there are areas without coverage for digital terrestrial television, such as Alcantara or House Station Avenue (Caramel floors) will install a DTT remitters in the old municipal repeater located in the Sierra del Oro, for the signal is sent to all households in the county, including the sales area of Aurora and according to the municipal technical reports.
The service will be provided under the City's risk and expense without any financial compensation and transiently, while dealers and traders do not pay, which means no distortion to competition in the market.
The Councillor for New Technologies, José Gabriel Cano Montoro, says the goal of the Department is "to continue to provide new services to citizens."
