The Department of Women's Hall of Abarán reports aid called for by the Institute for Women in the Region of Murcia dated June 30, 2009 for the promotion of women entrepreneurship:
Purpose of this grant:
Grant financial assistance to support and encourage start-up companies, which are promoted and managed exclusively by women, according to the requirements, criteria, obligations and procedures covered by the order of call.
Recipients:
Companies set up by women in the legal form of "individual entrepreneur" from January 1, 2008.
Requirements:
Be constituted as individual entrepreneurs.
Carry on business and having its registered office in the Region of Murcia.
Have started a business or professional activity from January 1, 2008, or otherwise have passed at least five years from the date of withdrawal as an entrepreneur and the new high.
Be current in their payment of taxes and social security in accordance with current regulations.
They are not in any of the prohibitions set forth in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Grant, to acquire the status of recipient.
No grants have been receiving convened by the Institute for Women in the Region of Murcia for this purpose in previous years.
Documentation: Application according to the standard model
NIF of the individual entrepreneur.
Census declaration of commencement of business and, where appropriate, high in the business tax referred to current or paid the last bill, complete with a signed declaration had not been discharged from the register of such tax, or if is exempt from taxation by the same affirmation liable in that sense, according to Annex II of the Order of call, which can be found in the law field.
Report of working life, may expressly authorize the Institute for Women to seek the report of working life by filling in Annex V, and, where appropriate, certifications issued by the College and the corresponding Mutual, which record the dates incorporation of the applicant and the date of incorporation of the latter.
The certificate and social security tax will be collected automatically by the Institute for Women in the Region of Murcia.
Responsible under the Declaration (Annex III), or before a Notary Public / a.
Detailed budget of expenditure for which grant is requested and time period including, where appropriate, as well as certified copy of the lease on behalf of individual companies, if the application includes costs of this nature.
If the request includes expenses that have already been made in whole or in part at the time of filing the application must be submitted a certified copy of the invoices or other documents of equivalent probative value in legal or administrative efficiency commercial , all in the name of the company.
In the case of water or electricity costs of business premises leased will be accepted that such documents will not name the business, provided they are compiled in the contract or documents that are borne by the lessee, and is accompanied by a responsible statement issued by the / a lessee / a in stating that these bills have been paid by the tenant and includes a detailed account in which are recorded the receipt or invoice number, date of issue, period understood and their value.
