Abarán City Council has received a plaque from the Association "Latinos Forever" in gratitude for the activities undertaken by the departments of Social Welfare, Culture and Sports on behalf of this group.

This non-profit association founded in early 2009 has linked its activities to sports and healthy living and in October held a series of briefings aimed at immigrants.
