The councilman of Culture, Mercedes de la Fuente Tornero, has offered this morning a press conference to present the cultural program of the municipality for the last quarter of the year until Jan. 4, when the Symphony Orchestra of the Region Murcia, directed by José Miguel Rodilla, put the finishing touches on that schedule with the New Year's concert, which counts among its musicians with soloist Jesus Carrasco.
Recover the talks in the Casino
As a novelty, the Department has organized a series of lectures at the Casino to be held every Thursday of November.
On 5 November, the official chronicler of the Villa, Jose David Molina Tempering, will be responsible to open this series with a lecture about the Moriscos.
The horror film season begins
On 1 and November 2 will screen the horror film Case 39 at the Teatro Cervantes.

On 23 October, the Cervantes Theatre opened its season with a concert of musical training for students of the IES Villa de Abarán, offered by the Orchestra Ensemble Sine Tempore.
The next night, the Theatre Association "Friends of Tenorio" put on stage the classic Don Juan Tenorio, film directed by Elvira Pineda.
