The Youth Department of the City Council initiated the workshops Abarán AC-T-IV @ 2009, a series of activities to be carried out during November and December and are aimed at young people aged 16 years.
These activities include workshops Batuka, Laughter Therapy and Reflexology, a type of massage to calm the tensions.
The courses are developed in the Integrated Multifunction Centre (CIMA), Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19.45 to 21.00.

(The art of reflexology is to perform foot massage to relieve certain ailments and stress)
