The Social Participation Group has been developing Abarán February Plan for Health Education, an initiative of the Department of Health the Town Council to pursue goals that impact the health of children and youth.
The Education Plan is based on an innovative program that depends on the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health of the Autonomous Region of Murcia.
Its objectives are proposed by the Social Participation Group formed by local schools, colleges San Pablo, Juan XXIII, Virgen del Oro, San José Artesano, St. James, Fahuarán and IES Villa de Abarán-and the Center for Health and the Department of Health.
The objectives of the Plan of Education for Health are: healthy eating, hygiene and improving postural relationships.
Abarán Radio has joined this initiative by providing all local primary school micro-radio spots that will air on Wednesday morning, where students offer advice prepared by them for this Plan of Health Education to reach all citizens.
It was also issued a series of public awareness spots produced by the students of the schools.
