The Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta, today signed a collaboration agreement with the mayor of Abarán, Antonio Eugenio Gómez, for the transfer of a parcel of municipal property to the Housing and Land Institute (IVS) which is built subsidized housing for young people.
"With this new agreement between the IVS and the City of Abarán, the regional government initiated a new action framed within the objectives of the new Regional Housing Plan 2009-2012 to facilitate youth access to housing," he said José Ballesta .
The parcel where the new homes will be built is located in the actuating unit 13 of the urban area of the municipality Virgen del Oro abaranero, and has an area of 864.8 meters squared.
Through this assignment, the IVS will manage the processing, selection and recruitment of promoter contractor.
Companies interested in acquiring the land may submit their application after the publication of the notice in the BORM to tender the sale of that parcel.
