Abarán City Council offers those interested and Information Service to citizens, through the Single Window Counselling Housing Urban Development in the Region of Murcia.

This service provides information and advice on housing assistance grants related to rehabilitation and home ownership.

1 .- Grants repayable

a.

Rehabilitation of buildings, roofs, structural reinforcements, thermal acoustic insulation and lifts.

b.

Rehabilitation of housing in apartments: facilities, coatings and insulation.

2 .- Purchase of subsidized housing, free homebuying limited price, rent subsidies, Basic Income for youth empowerment.

Service and Citizen Information: Every Tuesday from 10 am to 13.00 pm in the City of Abarán.
