The Civil Guard took place last Friday at the CEIP San José Artesano a display of media to students at the school.
The activity was part of the School Coexistence Plan developed by the said State Security Corps in schools in the Region of Murcia to bring the institution to the school.
The activity was primarily aimed at showing children working methods and operation of the infrastructure used by the Guardia Civil for their daily work.
The track hosted a school wide exposure of the material used in the various units of the Guardia Civil, as the Judicial Police and Scientific Group Underwater Specialists based in Cartagena, the Group Kennel Club and trained dogs or the traffic police and alcohol tests.
Previously, the San José Artesano school held a series of lectures aimed at students, which addressed such issues as bullying, drugs and alcohol, youth gangs, or the risks of the Internet.
"This experience is based on the approach of the Guardia Civil to students, so that we see as something close, and know that we are there to help," Lt. Dominguez told us, the Civil Guard barracks in Cieza, who is also local delegate of the School Safety Plan.
