The duo of Antonio Hernandez and the soprano Patricia M, will perform April 23 at the Victoria Theatre from White Lied playing unreleased tracks, songs and arias by Luys of Mylan, Schubert, Caccini, Ledhuy and Handel, and popular songs Federico García Lorca
The guitar and vocal duo formed by guitarist Antonio Hernández abaranero and soprano Patricia Banegas M, will perform April 23 at the Victoria Theatre from White.
The concert is divided into two parts, the first of which dealt with previously unpublished transcripts Lied, songs and arias by Luys of Mylan, Schubert, Caccini, Ledhuy and Handel.
"The second part is devoted to popular songs by Federico García Lorca, placing us in a period of great political instability that made so many artists, frightened by the loss of identity of Spanish culture, turned to leave a legacy of it through of his works, "explains Antonio Hernández.
"The interest of these composers in popular culture was developed by creating a continuous shaft transfers between the show and the intelligentsia, who wanted to be close to popular culture," argues the guitarist.
The appointment is at 21h.00 with free entrance until full capacity.
