Be held from 30 April to 7 May in Mendoza Guerrero Hall of Multifunctional Integrated Center (Building CIMA)

The conference will have a total of 16 papers (plus a historic route and environmental) over seven days, which will focus on various historical, cultural, educational, environmental and tourism of the municipality, such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Noria Grande, early Abarán industry, archaeological sites, etc.

All papers will be reflected in the minutes, which is dedicated to the memory of D. abaranero

Since the Cultural Association "The Carrahila" and the Scientific Organizing Committee wishes to express a huge thank you to all speakers, so unselfish, will present the findings of their studies at this conference.

Overall objective of the conference

The overall objective of the Conference on Research and Outreach on Abarán is to create a platform to disseminate and publish writings, field of science and outreach, conducted around Abarán Municipality of the benefit of society in general and particularly in the current and future abaranera.

Specific objectives

The 'I Conference on Research and Outreach on Abarán' have the following objectives:

1 .- To disseminate and publish studies and informative field of science that deal Abarán and the municipality.

2 .- Awakening abaranera interest in culture in society in general and, specifically, that of Abarán.

3 .- To achieve that value, protect and restore the cultural and environmental heritage Abarán.

4 .- Collect scientific and informative materials on Abarán to be used didactically by local and regional educational institutions.

5 .- To promote among the citizens of Abarán research about where you live.
