The Councillor for Local Development, Employment, Youth and Education, José Luis Tornero Carpena, offered this morning a press conference to inform citizens about the initiatives and activities taking place in the town from these areas.
"First a few minutes ago saying that it has signed a collaboration agreement between the City of Abarán and UCOMUR, Union of Worker Cooperatives in the Region of Murcia, in which both parties undertake to promote cooperatives and training of skilled workers in the municipality, "said the councilman.
The objective of this agreement is to energize the labor situation of the population of Abarán in regard to creation of cooperatives and training.
This line of work aims to contribute to promoting employment.
In addition, the organization will develop measures of information, counseling and job training for those who opt for self-employed through a business project associated work.
"From these objectives it will make a week of employment in the city soon, a conference that will include briefings and advice about employment on cooperatives" reported for Employment and Local Development.

Carpena turner in his speech thanked the commitment to Juan Antonio Pedroza, president of UCOMUR, in this county.
"This agreement is very beneficial because it assumes Abarán measures and provide solutions for the promotion of employment," he said.
In promoting employment, the council said it has opened the deadline for submitting applications to participate in the call to the County Councils, 2010 (agricultural workers) which runs from April 21 to May 20 inclusive.
The project "Memory for cleaning and adjustment of the urban slum environment and adjacent nuclei in different areas of the town, amounting to 306.
949, 43 euros includes the hiring of 73 workers in three working periods ranging from August 1, 2010 and February 28, 2011.
1 .- phase, hired 25 people from August 1 to October 31
.- 2nd stage, hired 25 people from 1 November to 31 January
.- 3rd stage, hired 23 people from December 1 to February 28
